The term “technician” refers to the help desk technician, support specialist, or IT professional who uses Web Help Desk to provide support to an unlimited number of “end users.” In other words, an “end user” is the recipient of support.
Web Help Desk is available for a free, fully functional trial for 14 days. Upon downloading the evaluation software, you will be provided with access to a host of information, made available in the SolarWinds® Success Center, which will help you get up and running with the product. If you have any issues during your evaluation, do not hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to help!
After your Web Help Desk software trial ends, your data and settings remain intact. Once you purchase the software, you will be given a license key that can be entered into the product. Your license key will enable you to pick up right where you left off without skipping a beat!
SolarWinds-licensed products include one year of product maintenance from the date of purchase. Maintenance gives you access to 24/7 support and allows you to upgrade the product with each new release as it becomes available.
